What's This?

The daily consumption of three to four coffee units increases life expectancy according to a review of 201 studies published by the British Medical Journal (BMJ).

There is no evidence to suggest than even seven cups a day are not beneficial, according to review conducted by the University of Southampton.

Coffee benefits populations with high risk of developing heart disease, but is also linked to reduced risk of diabetes, dementia, and various forms of cancer. The study does not suggest increased consumption of coffee for individuals as there is a need for further research as to the causes of the correlation.
