European Companies could receive a boost for 2013 as the China National Bureau of Statistics released figures revealing that the purchasing managers index (PMI) for the manufacturing, and non-manufacturing sectors, had grown in December for the third straight month. 

In the manufacturing sector China’s PMI index, a survey compiled from data supplied by private sector purchasing managers, was rated at 50.6% matching November’s total.
