China increases oil imports from Russia in April

Russia, Saudi Arabia and Angola were China’s three major oil suppliers in April.


China has increased oil imports from Russia by 52.4% in April compared to a year earlier, Russian media reported. China's General Administration of Customs calculated a record 4.81 million tonnes, according to Sputnik.

April imports from Saudi Arabia fell by 22% year-on-year to 4.12 million tonnes. In March, China imported 3.98 million tonnes of oil from the country.
