Cheap dollar continues: no interest rate rise


The Federal Reserve just announced it will not be raising interest rates. Not only that, but it looks like rates are going to raise in 2017. The Fed said that this was a decision dictated by international events. Inflation is well below the stated 2% objective, there is continuous deflationary pressure. The hike will have to wait.
