European Commission looks at possible reforms and future of the Dublin rules.


With the Dublin regulation being pushed to its limits, European Union Member States and experts have called for its re-evaluation.

With the European Commission called upon to respond, Migration spokesperson Natasha Bertaud was quick to point out that:
