In California Sanders could secure an agenda-setting role for Democrats, while staying on the nomination bench


Hillary Clinton is just 72 delegates away from the 2,383 delegate threshold that secures the Democratic nomination. That is a milestone that she could reach before the Californian primaries on June 7.
