Bonn climate change negotiations: rich nations not doing enough


Officials from around the globe gathered in Bonn, Germany, on Monday 19 October for a five-day negotiation session  ahead of the Paris Climate Conference at the end of the year.

A report released today concludes that the United States and other rich nations are doing less than their fair share to fight climate change, while China is outperforming.
