Leading cosmetic company L’Oreal announced last Friday that its offer to buy British beauty giant Body Shop for 300 pence a share cash offer, valuing some GBP 652 million, has been accepted, Retail Week website reported. French company L’Oreal announced that the Body Shop will be run separately and under its current management team.
