Belgrade-Pristina deal saved by a footnote


The long and tough dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo yielded results on 24 February, after nearly 30 hours of negotiations in Brussels stretching over three days. Representatives of Belgrade and Pristina agreed on paramount issues of Kosovo's regional representation and integrated management of borders.
