Next week, Austria, will file the anticipated legal complaint in Brussels expressing its objection regarding the decision of the European Commission to approve a state funding for the construction of a third nuclear power at Hinkley Point, Britain.

According to the Local, Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann said after a cabinet meeting on Tuesday:  “We cannot accept that a technology such as this [is] being portrayed through subsidies as being modern, sustainable and future-oriented.”
