AP: US doesn’t want European countries in the Syrian peace talks

European major powers want Britain, France, Germany, Iran, Russia, China, Turkey and Saudi Arabia in the Syrian peace talks while the US only want themselves, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Turkey.


As destruction of Syria goes on, the EU and the US are split regarding the form of the Syrian peace talks.

The Associated Press (AP) reported that the US doesn’t want China and European countries to participate in the Syrian peace talks while the EU prefers a more multilateral form, similar with the format of the Iranian nuclear talks.
